Croí bhriste ina diaidh tá a beirt iníon, Anna agus Brid, a mac céile, David, a garclann Aoife, Ashling, Cillian agus Tadhg, a deirfiúracha Mary Driscoll & Una Halloran, a deartháireacha céile Joe Driscoll & Tommy Halloran, a deirfiúr céile Deila Joyce, gaolta, comharsana agus a cairde go leir.

 

Beidh sí á tórramh i dTeach Tórraimh Uí Mhealóid (H91 D2NK) ón 6 i.n. go dtí an 8 i.n. tráthnóna Déardaoin, 16ú de Dheireadh Fómhair. Aistreofar a chorp ina dhiaidh sin go Séipéal Mhuire i gCarna (H91 DC53).Léifear Aifreann na Sochraide ag meán lae, Dé hAoine, an 17ú lá de mhí Deireadh Fómhair. Cuirfear í i reilig Mhuigh-inse tar éis an Aifrinn.

The death has occurred of Ellen Folan, Letterard, Cashel, Co.Galway on the 14th of October 2025.

Ellen passed away peacefully in the excellent care of the wonderful staff of Áras Chois Fharraige, Spiddal.

Predeceased by her loving husband Paraic, her two sons, Packie and Seamus, her daughter in law, Lorraine and her brother Johnny Joyce.

Ellen will be deeply missed by her heartbroken daughters, Anna and Brid, son in Law David, her grandchildren - Aoife, Ashling, Cillian and Tadhg, her two sisters, Mary Driscoll & Una Halloran, brother in laws Joe Driscoll & Tommy Halloran, sister in law Delia Joyce as well as her relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

Reposing at Mylotte’s Funeral Home, Carna (H91 D2NK) on Thursday, 16th October, from 6pm to 8pm, followed by removal to Séipéal Mhuire, Carna (H91 DC53).

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at midday on Friday, 17th October with burial afterwards in Mynish Cemetery.

 

Donations, if desired, to Áras Chois Fharraige.
