Elma Lyons
(née White)
LYONS (Derrivreen, Rossmore): on July 2nd 2025, peacefully in the excellent care of the nurses and carers at Care Choice Nursing Home, Clonakilty. ELMA (N.T.) (née White, Carhuvouler) in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late John, dearly loved mother of John (Enda), Edward, Michael, Deirdre, Fintan and Elaine, much loved sister of Frances and the late Laurence, Fr. Con Joe, Terry, Jimmy and Ina.
Deeply regretted by her loving family, sister, daughters-in-law Abina, Mary and Karen, sons-in-law Chris and Fergus, grandchildren Maeve, Owen, Paul, Grace, Jennifer, David, Ronan, Daragh, Conor, Cathal, James and Kate, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Clonakilty on Friday, July 4th 2025 from 5pm to 7pm followed by Prayers. Requiem Mass on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 12 noon in St. Mary’s Church, Rossmore. Funeral afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.
