The death has occurred of
Elwira Marlena Oracz
ORACZ (Cork & Poland) on February 17th, 2026 (peacefully) in the exceptional care of the staff of Cork University Hospital, after a short but bravely fought battle, in the presence of her family and friends, ELWIRA MARLENA, Griffin Close, North Monastery Road, (formerly of Lubin, Poland.) Sadly missed by her loving family, cherished friends and all whose life she touched.
ELWIRA was a bright, strong and truly amazing woman, whose courage, warmth and kindness left a long-lasting mark on all who knew her. She faced her illness with remarkable strength and grace and will be remembered with deep love and admiration.
Visitation at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Thursday (19th) from 4:00pm to 5:00pm with Prayers at 4.45pm. Cremation Service at the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy on Friday (20th) at 12:00noon which will be live streamed at www.islandcrematorium.ie . Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Breast Cancer Ireland welcomed.
