Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and in the tender and compassionate care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. A loving wife to her beloved Derek, now reunited once more. A devoted and treasured mother to Rita (Curran), who was the light of her life. Predeceased by her cherished parents Jim and Ena, her sister Breige (Dixon), and brothers Eamon and Seamus.
Ena will be deeply missed and forever remembered with love by her daughter, son-in-law John, granddaughter Orla and her husband Gavin, grandson Cathal and his wife Rebekah, sister Annette, brother Sean, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Ena will be reposing in Dixon's Funeral Home, Maxwell Row, Bridge Street, Dundalk (Eircode A91PV07) on Friday 20th between 3 o’clock and 8 o’clock. Removal on Saturday morning at 10.30 to St. Joseph’s Redemptorists Church arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock, burial afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery where Ena will be laid to rest with her husband Derek.
