Bayside Sutton, Fairview, Dublin / Newbridge, Kildare

Doody, Eric (Alberic) - 31st January 2025, Drumderg Court Fairview, late of Bayside Sutton Dublin, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, Aer Lingus and Irish Army Aircorps '55 class of Apprentices, suddenly but peacefully at Beaumont Hospital.

Beloved partner of Phyllis. Most dearly loved and treasured by his children Eric David and Heather, their mother, Babs, daughter- in law Clare, Susanne (Eric's partner) , his adored grandchildren Derinn, Joseph, Paddy, Katie,James, Ella, William. Derinn's husband Luke and Joseph's partner Catherine and great grandchildren Lily, Charlie, Cian, Nancy and Phyllis's sons Ray & Alan. Fondly remembered by his siblings Sean, Anne, Aidan, James, Eileen and Tony, brothers in law, sisters in law. Predeceased by his brothers Pat, Reggie, Paul and niece Elise. Deeply missed by his nephews and nieces and close friends.

Recently in the care of TLC Carton Nursing Home, Raheny.

Reposing at Anderson & Leahy’s Funeral Home, Henry St., Newbridge on Thursday from 3pm with prayers at 5:30pm. Removal at 6pm to arrive at St. Conleth’s Parish Church, Newbridge for 6:30pm. Funeral Mass at 11 am on Friday morning which can be viewed on Click here and afterwards walking to St. Conleth’s Cemetery for Prayers and then after removal to Newlands Cross Crematorium committal service at 2pm Which can be viewed on Click here
