The death has occurred of Ernest (Ernie) Freeborn of Foyagh, Ballintra, Co.Donegal.

Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital surrounded by his loving family and in the care of the wonderful staff.

Beloved husband of Muriel. Much loved father of Alasdair (Shelly), Gavin (Gèssica) Dawn (Paul) and Stuart. Adored Grandfather of Éanna, Finn & Hope. Predeceased his parents Florrie and Thomas and his brothers Billy, Bertie and baby John. Sadly missed by his nieces, nephews and all extended family and friends.

Reposing at John McGee & Sons Funeral Home, Belleek Rd, Ballyshannon, Co.Donegal, F94ED21 on Tuesday the 10th Dec from 6pm to 8pm.

Removal from the funeral home on Wednesday the 11th of Dec at 12.45pm to St. John's Church, Rossnowlagh for 1.30pm Funeral service with burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard. The Funeral cortege will travel via the Donegal road, Ballintra cross road to pass his family home going to St. John's Church, Rossnowlagh.
