Ernie Gallagher
Ernie Gallagher of Bray, Co. Wicklow, died on 2nd February, 2025, peacefully, at home, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Valerie, dearly loved father of Ernie, Karl, Fern, Leon and Max, cherished Grandad of Kerry, Cian, Freya, Asa and great-grandfather of Ashton, much loved brother of Lee and the late Paddy, Peter and Joan, lovingly remembered by his daughters-in-law Kathy and Sarah, son-in-law Dave, Max’s partner Aoife, sisters-in-law Kay, Cynthia and Carolyn and brother-in-law Ibrahim; Ger, Irene and all his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The family would like to thank Germaine, Ernie’s carer and friend for the last 3 years, for the kindness and care given to him.
Reposing in Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Thursday (6th February) from 4.00pm-6.00pm. Funeral Service on Friday (7th February) at 2.00pm in the funeral home followed by private cremation. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
