Ethel Byrne née Melia, The Oaks, Newbridge, Co. Kildare. Formerly of Monasterevin. Peacefully, 14th July 2025, surrounded by her loving family, in the wonderful care of Craddock House Nursing Home. Wife of the recently deceased Michael (Mick). Deeply regretted by her loving daughters Annette, Deirdre, Claire and Jenny, sons in law John J, Peadar, Paul and Tommy, her adored grandchildren Sharon, Elaine, Colm, Cillian, Neil, Leanne and Cian, great grandchildren Keelan, Aoibhe, Tyler and Rian, brother Christy, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Glennons Funeral Home, 32 Main Street, Newbridge, from 5pm on Thursday 17th July, concluding with rosary at 7pm. Removal on Friday morning to arrive at The Dominican College Church, Newbridge, for requiem mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Evins Cemetery, Monasterevin. House private please.
