KENNEDY (née Reynolds) Ethel (late of Barrack St and Dyer St Drogheda and recently Sunhill Nursing Home, Termonfeckin, Co Louth)
July 22nd 2024. Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, surrounded by her family, in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late Jimmy (founder of Kennedy Motorcycles, Dyer St, Drogheda) and loving mother of Mary, Jimmy, Ann, Bernard and Caroline . Beloved eldest sister of the late Amy, Cassie and Brendan. She will be sadly missed by her much loved daughters, sons, daughters-in-law Rena and Lorraine, sons-in-law Austin, Eddie and the late Peter, her grandchildren Kieron, Céin, Niamh, Michael, James, Siobhán, Michael, Emily and Brendan, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family and wide circle of friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at Watson Funeral Directors, Dyer St, Drogheda on Tuesday evening from 5pm until 8pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning in St Mary’s Church, James St, at 11am, which can be viewed live on www.stmarysdrogheda.ie Ethel’s’ funeral cortége will proceed walking to Calvary Cemetery for burial.
