Peacefully, at home, surrounded by his loving family on Thursday 12th March 2020. Predeceased by his beloved wife Ann (née Rowan). Sadly missed by his loving son Conor, daughters Frances, Annmarie, Eugenia and Therese, sisters Mary and Margaret, in-laws, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great-grandson, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at Flynn's Funeral Home, The Strand, on Friday evening from 4-30 o'clock until 7-30 o'clock.

Following the HSE directive on crowd gatherings,

Eugene will have a family and relations Funeral on Saturday morning followed by burial afterwards in Cornamagh Cemetery at 12-00 noon (approx.)

     Please note: With Covid-19 restrictions on gatherings of over 100 people, we highly recommend you to use the RIP.ie online condolence book.

Also, Mass cards to be posted and text/phonecalls to family members, in order to reduce the large numbers.

Those attending the Funeral Home and Cemetery, there will be no handshaking or hugging. Sneezing and coughing etiquette should be upheld during this period.

It is important to adhere to these rules as it is a matter of public safety.
