Eugene (Owen) Smith

Smith Eugene (Owen) (Santry, Dublin and formerly of Cavan) May 23rd 2024, peacefully, surrounded by his family and in the loving care of all the staff at Ryevale Nursing Home, Leixlip. Dearly beloved husband of the late Annie and much loved dad of Eugene and Seán. Predeceased by his sister Peggy. Sadly missed by his sons, daughters-in-law Marion and Mary, grandchildren Graham, Niamh, Donal and Philip, great-granddaughters Devlyn, Daisy and Isobel, great-grandson Cal Bono, relatives and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing in Lanigan’s Funeral Home, 21 Beaumont Road on Saturday 25th May from 2pm to 4pm. Removal on Monday morning 27th May to Blessed Margaret Ball Church, Santry arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am. Burial afterwards in Dardistown Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to a charity of your choice.
