The death has occurred of Euphemia (Fay) Forde nee Blythe, Caddagh, Ballybay, Co. Monaghan, Tuesday December 11th, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family, her husband Packie, daughters Elizabeth Moorehead, Catherine Forde and Theresa Cassidy, sister Elsie Andrews (Scotland), and brother David Blythe (England), sons-in-law Ronnie, Michael and Patrick, grandchildren Damien, Adam, David, Alannah, Cillian, Abbie, Lauren and Gary, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Ward's Funeral Home, Ballybay, tomorrow Wednesday from 3pm until 8pm. Funeral arriving to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballybay on Thursday morning for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Palliative Care and Ballybay Cancer Society c/o Wards Funeral Home or by donation box.
