The death has occurred of
Eva Burchill
(née Hurley)
Burchill, Gurteenalomane, Skibbereen, (formerly of Lettergorman, Dunmanway) On August 18th, 2024, passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family, in the tender and loving care of the nurses and staff of the Skibbereen Residential Care Centre.
EVA, beloved wife of the late Matt Burchill and dear mother of the late Noel, sister of the late Maura Hurley. Lovingly remembered by her daughters Gretta Murnane and Elma Hourihane, sons-in-law Gene Murnane and Noel Hourihane, daughter-in-law Patricia Burchill, grandchildren Laura, Michael, John and Ian Burchill, Danielle, Martin, Eoin and Cian Hourihane, Grace Murnane, neighbours and friends.
May She Rest In Peace
Reposing at Romie O’Donovan’s Funeral Home, North Street, Skibbereen on Wednesday 21st August, between 5.30pm and 7.30pm, followed by prayers. Requiem Mass on Thursday 22nd August, at 12 noon in St.Patrick's Cathedral, Skibbereen, livestreamed on http://Skibbereenandrath.ie followed by Burial in St.Patricks Cemetery, Coronea, Skibbereen.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired, to Children’s Health Ireland and Pieta House.
