Eva Hyland
(née Beirne)

Hyland (nee Beirne), Monasterboice, Co. Louth and formerly of Ballinasloe, Co. Galway and Larne, Co. Antrim. 22nd February 2021. Unexpectedly passed at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda aged 90 years. Eva, beloved wife of the late Gerry and loving mother of Denise, Gordan and Paul. Sadly missed by her loving daughter, sons, Denise’s partner Steve, daughter-in-law Deirdre, grandchildren Matthew and Jasmine, brother John, sisters in law Maura (Treacy) and Catherine (Beirne), nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace.

In keeping with current Government guidelines regarding public gatherings Eva’s Funeral will be private for family only (limit of 10 people in the Church). Funeral will be streamed live on www.churchservices.tv (Church of the Immaculate Conception, Tenure) on Saturday at 2 o’clock followed by burial in Monasterboice Cemetery.

There will be an opportunity for the community to support Eva’s family by being present, socially distanced on route to Tenure Church leaving Townley’s Funeral Home at 1.15p.m proceeding via Ballymakenny Road, Harestown Road, Fieldstown and Sillogue Lane.
