The death has occurred of
Eva O’ Toole
(née Brekelmans)
Eva O’ Toole (nee Brekelmans), Kilkieran, Connemara, Co Galway and formerly of Leevwarderwg 76, Amsterdam Noord on July 11th 2025.
Eva passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of all the staff at Galway Hospice with her loving family by her side.
Predeceased by her parents Ben & Titia Brekelmans.
Eva will be greatly missed & forever remembered by her husband Coleman, her adoring daughters Emma & Isabel.
Her brothers Roeland & Sebastiaan, parents in law Mairtin & Mary O’ Toole, her many sisters & brothers in law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and many friends near and afar.
Reposing at Clarkes Funeral Home, Rosmuc (H91 Y298) on Monday 14th of July from 6.00 – 7.30pm followed by a private cremation at Shannon Crematorium on Tuesday July 15th.
May Eva rest in Peace – “Rust in Vrede”
