Sweeney (nee Gordon) Eva, Main St, Loughrea and formerly of Tynagh, Co. Galway, who passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of St. Brendan’s C.N.U. Loughrea on Monday 23rd July 2018. 

Predeceased by her loving husband Sean and her siblings Albert Gordon, Dympna Kelly and Very Rev Monsignor Declan Gordon.

Sadly missed & dearly loved by her children Bernadette, Paddy, Yvonne, Barbara, Anne, Maria, Gerry & Declan, her siblings Hubert Gordon & Joan Baxter, her sons-in-law Eamonn, Tony & Andrew, daughters-in-law Milla & Geraldine, grandchildren Medbh, Laoise, Michael, Amber, Mia, Shaun, Yasmin, Zoe, Ruby Jane, Marcus & Gordon, nieces nephews, extended family, relatives and many friends.

Reposing in Kilboy’s Funeral Home, Loughrea tomorrow, Wednesday evening, 25th July, from 4.00pm with removal at 6.30pm to St. Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea. Requiem Mass on Thursday, 26th July, at 12 noon followed by burial in The Carmelite Abbey Cemetery.
