Evan Morrissey
Evan Morrissey of Ashville, Ballysheedy, Co. Limerick and formerly of Clonmel. Co. Tipperary. Ex Mary Immaculate College and Limerick Jazz Society.
Evan passed peacefully at his home on the 10th of April 2025 surrounded by his loving family, following a long illness borne with dignity and grace. Adored husband of Dorothy Morrissey and dearly loved father of Mark, Hugh, Paul, Ivan, Tara, Richell and Erin. Cherished grandfather to his 17 grandchildren. Evan will be sadly missed by his sons and daughters in law, his sister Nuala, many nieces and nephews and a wide circle of friends and neighbours.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at his home V94 KPY8 on Saturday 12th April from 2-6pm. Funeral arriving at Donoughmore Church V94 V6T3 on Monday 14th April for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by a private cremation service in The Island Cork.
