Evelyn Kelliher nee “Chub” O’Connor of Árd na Lí, Oakpark, Tralee and formerly Killorglin, Co. Kerry, died peacefully at home on 27th January 2026, surrounded by her loving family, adored wife of Rae, cherished mother of Ritchard, Graham, Tracey, Alma and the late Bruce and dear sister of Rita, Dolores and the late Kathleen, Maureen, Pauline, Patrick & Teddy.

Sadly missed by grandchildren Timian, Jack, Ruben, Finn, Mason, Kai, Archie & Cody, son-in-law Shane, daughters-in-law Iris, Vicky, Wallis & Michelle, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Rest in Peace.

Evelyn will repose at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee, on Thursday (29th January) from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral arriving to St. John’s Church, Tralee on Friday morning at 11:30 a.m. where the Requiem Mass for Evelyn will be celebrated at 12 noon (streamed on www.stjohns.ie). Interment afterwards in Réalt na Mara Cemetery, Churchill.

Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to The Palliative Care Unit, U.H.K. (via “Donation” link below – Kerry Hospice Foundation), or care of The Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee.
