The death has occurred of
Ewa CZYZYK
(née Poleszczuk)
CZYZYK (née Poleszczuk) (Cabinteely, Dublin 18) June 2, 2020 (peacefully) in the kind care of all the staff of the Blackrock Hospice. Ewa, beloved wife of Jacek, loving mother of Michael and Maciek. Sadly missed by her children, daughter-in-law Catalina, her brother Adam, sister Dorota, brothers-in-law, extended family and a wide circle of friends.
In accordance with current Government guidelines and in the hope of keeping our friends and family safe, Ewa’s Funeral will take place privately. Those wishing to view Ewa’s Funeral Mass can do so at the following link www.cabinteelyparish.ie on Friday, June 5th, at 10am. We hope to have a celebration of her life at a later date. Those who wish to send flowers can send them to Quinn’s Funeral Home, Glasthule.
She’ll be greatly missed.
