Fachtna McCarthy
McCarthy (Knockatlowig, Rossmore): On January 7th 2021 passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones and in the exceptional care of Doctors, Nurses and Staff at St Gabriel’s Hospital, Schull. FACHTNA son of the late Denis and Kathleen (nee Dullea), beloved brother of the late Peggy. Sadly missed by his cousins Kathleen and Sean Travers, all first cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Requiem Mass will be livestreamed on Sunday, January 10th 2021, at 12 noon on https://youtu.be/TBdCnjGsmvY .Under HSE and Government Guidelines a private Funeral will take place.
Rest In Peace
Fachtna’s Funeral Cortege will leave O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Clonakilty at 11.15am on Sunday, January 10th 2021, proceeding via Western Road, Ahamilla and onwards to the Church of the Holy Trinity, Bealad for a Private Requiem Mass. Afterwards his Cortege will proceed turning right at the Priests Cross, pausing at his residence, turning right at Gearagh Cross onwards to Rossmore Cemetery. Please adhere to Government Guidelines on social distancing if standing along the route.
