Fachtna O'Driscoll
O’DRISCOLL (Ardgehane, Castletownshend): on February 25th 2025 in the wonderful care of the staff at Cork University Hospital, after a short illness. FACHTNA beloved husband of the late Teresa (née Brickley) much loved father of Ciarán, Sinéad, Róisín, Úna and Liam. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law James Lynch and Liam O’Connell, adoring Papi to Joseph, Saoirse and Alice, sisters Anne (Fitzgerald) and Betty (Keohane), brother Patrick, Úna’s partner Marc, sisters-in-law Rose and Marie, brothers-in-law Cathal, John and Noel, Godchildren Gráinne, Paul and Síle, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Rosary in his residence Ardgehane (Eircode P81 FD35) on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 9pm. Reposing in Hurley & O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Skibbereen on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 6pm to 8pm followed by Prayers. Reception into St. Barrahane’s Church, Castlehaven on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11.15am followed by Requiem Mass at 12 noon. This will be livestreamed here. Funeral afterwards to Castlehaven New Cemetery.
