Felix McCONNELL

Peacefully, having received the tender loving care of the wonderful staff of Cúram Care Home, Dundalk over the past five months. Felix, the last surviving member of the McConnell family, Kilkerley was predeceased by his beloved wife Ellen (nee Clarke), parents Mick and Josie, sons-in-law Brian Thompson and Seán Woods, 6 sisters and 1 brother and is survived by his son Pat, daughters Martina Thompson and Siobhán Woods, daughter-in-law Kate, grandchildren Sabreina, Gareth, Pamela, Ivan, Andrew, Jane, Aimee and Lee, 4 great-granddaughters and 5 great-grandsons, sister-in-law Teasie McConnon, brother-in-law Seamus Malone, his nephews, nieces, friends, neighbours, dancing family and his little furry companion Lilly.

Reposing at the residence of his daughter, Siobhán, Stokes Hill (Eircode A91 T1W9) from 1pm-9pm on Monday, July 31st Removal on Tuesday, August 1st, proceeding on foot at 11.40am, to St. Peter’s Church, Dromiskin, arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. After Mass, the cortege will continue on foot to Dromiskin Cemetery for burial.
