Finbar McCarthy
McCARTHY (Originally of Cathedral Road, Cork): On 14th February 2024, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, FINBAR, dearly beloved husband of Mary (née O’Shea), much loved father of Sean, Margo (Healy) and Finbarr, loving father-in-law of Jennifer, Martin and Kaley, adored grandfather of Nicole, Nadine, Ryan, Fiona, Martin, Elon, Atlas and Iris, predeceased by his brothers and sisters Lizzy, Jerry, Mick, Eily, Mag, Kate, Sean, Pa and Donie.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, family, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours.
Reposing at the Mayfield Funeral Home, Old Youghal Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Thursday (February 29th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 12noon on Friday (March 1st) in the Church of Our Lady Crowned, Mayfield which will be live streamed
Funeral afterwards to Rathcormac Cemetery.
