Finbarr Griffin

Griffin, Lislevane, Bandon, (ex Darrara Agricultural College), on October 6th, 2023. Finbarr passed away peacefully, in the company of his wife, at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice. Beloved husband and best friend of Deirdre (Noctor), loving and much-loved father of Amira, Ethan and Callum, loving son of Eily and the late Chris, dear brother of Anne (O’Driscoll), Teresa (Woods), Denis, Eleanor (Lynch), Ita (Crowley), Carmel (Horan) and Kieran.

 

Sadly missed by his loving wife, children, mother, siblings, mother-in-law Eileen (Noctor), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, Aunt Kathleen O’Sullivan, Uncle Fr. Dan O’Brien, nieces, nephews, the extended family and his loyal neighbours and friends.

 

Rest in Peace

 

Reposing in Holland’s Funeral Home, Barryroe (P72 FY88) on Sunday October 8th from 3pm to 6pm with prayers at 6pm. Requiem mass in Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Barryroe (P72 T206) on Monday October 9th at 12 noon, with burial afterwards in Lislevane Cemetery.
