Finian Carey

Finian died very peacefully in the gentle care of the staff at Rushmore Nursing Home and surrounded by family.

Dearly beloved son of the late Phil and Eamonn and much-loved brother

of Eamonn, Joe, Pauline, Carmel, Brendan, Catherine and Helen.

Deeply mourned by his brothers and sisters. Sadly missed also by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces and by the extended Carey and Cooney family, neighbours and friends.

Finian will Repose at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway (H91V1K8) on Monday , 20 November from 5.30 p.m. with Removal at 7.00 p.m. to Galway Cathedral. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, 21 November at 9.30 a.m. and following Mass he will be laid to rest with his dearly loved parents in Rahoon cemetery.
