The death has occurred of
Florence Barnett
BARNETT (North Street and Newbridge, Skibbereen): on March 5th 2022 peacefully surrounded by his family in the tender and loving care of the staff at Bantry General Hospital and previously in the care of the staff at Skibbereen Community Hospital. FLORENCE beloved husband of the late Breda (nee Coppinger) and much loved father of Cornelius, brother of the late James. Sadly missed by his loving son, sisters Mary (Barrett) and Nora (Barrett), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, staff at Skibbereen Community Hospital and friends.
Requiem Mass on Monday, March 7th 2022 at 12 noon in St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Skibbereen. This will be livestreamed via https://www.skibbereenandrath.ie/skibbereen-webcam/. Funeral afterwards to St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Coronea, Skibbereen.
