The death has occurred of
Fr Anthony Sheerin
Sheerin, Fr. Anthony (Tony) SPS, (St Patrick’s Missionary Society, Kiltegan, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Jamestown, Castletown Geoghegan, Co. Westmeath, Diocese of Minna, Nigeria, and Archdiocese of Lusaka, Zambia, December 12th, 2022, peacefully in the Care Unit, Kiltegan. Predeceased by his parents, John & Mary, his sister, Sr Maria, (Loreto), and his brothers, Jimmy, John Joe and Pat. Deeply regretted by his sisters, Sr Teresa (Mercy) Sr Philomena, (MMM), Brid (Kiernan), Sr Bernadette, (Mercy), Martha (Laffan) and by his brother, Fr Michael, (Diocese of Meath), by his nephews and nieces and their families and by his Society family.
Funeral Mass in St Patrick’s Chapel, Kiltegan, on Wednesday, December 14th, at 12noon followed by burial in the Society Cemetery. The Mass will be live-streamed on https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/st-patricks-missionary-society
