The death has occurred of
Fr. Brendan Cleary
Fr. Brendan Cleary, (retired Parish Priest, Clonlara, Co. Clare and formerly Ennis Road, Miltown Malbay, Co. Clare), 25th August 2020, peacefully in the loving care of the Matron and staff of Carrigoran House, Newmarket-on-Fergus. Predeceased by his brothers Michael & Gerald.
Deeply regretted by his sister Mary (Kyne) and Sr. Mona, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours, parishioners and a wide circle of friends.
Bishop Fintan Monahan, Priests and all religious of the Killaloe Diocese will miss Fr. Brendan greatly.
Fr. Brendan's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Church, Miltown Malbay on Friday 28th August at 12 noon. Burial will take place in the Church grounds afterwards. Family flowers only please.
In accordance with Government & H.S.E. directives relating to public gatherings, Fr. Brendan's Funeral Mass and burial will be for family members and close friends only.
