Died peacefully in University Hospital, Limerick. Son of the late Seán and Ita Forde, Clontarf. Predeceased by his sister Barbara. Very sadly missed by his loving sister Anne, brothers Dermot and Kieran, sisters in law, Geraldine and Joan, nieces and nephews, Aoife, Seán, Hugh and Sinéad, grandnieces and grandnephew Lara, Jack, Sophie and Ita. Deeply missed by his relatives and friends and especially his Franciscan family.
