Fr. Charles M (Charlie) Timoney M.Afr

Timoney, Charles M (Charlie) M.Afr, 14th February 2025 (Cypress Grove House, Templeogue, Dublin and formerly of Clonmel, Co. Tipperary). Fr. Charlie passed away peacefully in the care of Our Lady’s Hospice, Blackrock, Co. Dublin after many years of missionary service in Ghana, Tanzania, Zambia, the Philippines and Ireland.

Deeply regretted by his loving sisters, Sr Anthony (Poor Clare Convent, Galway), Anna Methot and Kay Methot (Canada), niece Linda and nephew Brian, grandnieces Erika & Graceanne, grandnephews Olivier and George, many cousins, relatives, Missionary of Africa confrères and friends.

Rest in Peace.

Reposing at the Missionaries of Africa Chapel, Cypress Grove House, Templeogue, Dublin D6W YV12 on Monday 17th February from 5pm to 7pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Jude’s Church, Rossmore Road, Templeogue, Dublin, D6W E336 on Tuesday 18th February at 11am. Burial immediately afterwards in Bohernabreena Cemetery, Dublin.
