The death has occurred of Fr. Gerald Anthony Hicks O.F.M conv Francisan Friary Manchester. Peacefully at St. Margaret of Scotland Hospice, Glasgow, surrounded by his loving family and Franciscan Friars.
Predeceased by his parents Christopher Hicks and Bridget Hicks (Doherty) formerly East Rock, Ballyshannon, brothers and sisters Michael, Margaret, Christopher and Patrick, Sadly missed by his brother Kenneth and sister Barbara, loved by his nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and all extended family, friend and the Franciscan Community.
May His Gentle Soul Rest Forever In The Peace Of God
Fr. Gerald Funeral mass will take place on Thursday at 11am at St. Joseph's Church, The Rock, Ballyshannon with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
