Fr James Higgins S.M.A
Higgins Rev Fr James, Society of African Missions (S.M.A) (Late of Collooney, Co Sligo) On April the 3rd 2016 , peacefully, at the Society of African Missions, Blackrock Road, Cork. Deeply regretted by his nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and his confreres in the Society of African Missions and the people of Benin City, Warri, Uromi and Issele-Uku dioceses, Nigeria, where he served for 60 years.
Reposing at the African Missions, Blackrock Road,Cork. Prayers for the dead at 7.00pm on Monday, 4th of April, followed by removal to St Joseph's SMA Parish Church, Wilton. Funeral mass at 12 noon on Tuesday, the 5th of April, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
