The death has occurred of
Fr. James Maguire O.S.A.
MAGUIRE, Fr. James O.S.A., St Augustine’s, Washington Street, Cork, formerly of Clontarf, Dublin, October 6th, 2021 at Mercy University Hospital, Cork after a short illness and a long life of service in Australia, England and Ireland. Deeply regretted by his sisters Dymphna (McDade) and Bernie (Casey), brothers Sean and Frank, nieces, nephews, wider family, Augustinian confreres and friends. Predeceased by sisters Pauline (Tolan), Miriam (Smullen) and Ita (Finglas).
Reception into St Augustine’s, Washington Street at 10.45 a.m. for Funeral Mass at 11.00 a.m Friday, 8th Oct. Burial afterwards in Augustinian Plot, St James’s Cemetery, Chetwynd.
