The death has occurred of
Fr. John Colgan
Colgan Fr. John, Missionary Society of St. Columban, formerly of Carrickmore, Omagh, Co. Tyrone, Chile, Australia, Myanmar and Dalgan Park, Navan. Saturday 22nd November 2025 in the exceptional care of the staff of St. Columban Nursing Home, after an illness bourne with acceptance. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Nora (nee Conway). Much loved by his brothers Patrick and Dermot; sisters Mary, Ellen McSorley, Noreen Conway, Kathleen Bradley, Deirdre Timoney and Anges Rooney, his many nieces and nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, Columban Missionaries Family, wider circle of family, friends and neighbours.
May Fr. John soul rest in peace.
Removal Tuesday evening 25th November at 7pm, in the Church at St. Columbans Dalgan, Navan (C15AY2Y). Funeral Mass Wednesday morning the 26th November at 11am followed by burial in the Community Cemetery.
