The death has occurred of
Fr. John Murphy
Murphy Rev Fr. John (formerly of Mount Merrion, Co. Dublin) 12th September 2025. Peacefully in the wonderful and kind care of the staff in Newtownpark House Nursing Home. Deeply regretted by his sisters Catherine, Emer and Mary, brother-in-law John, his many nieces, nephews, in particular his nephew and GP Conor, Archbishop Dermot and his many colleagues in the Arch Diocese.
Rest in Peace.
Fr. John will be reposing on Tuesday 16th September from 5pm to 7pm in the Oratory at Newtownpark House Nursing Home. Funeral Mass on Wednesday 17th September at 10am in the St. John the Baptist Church, Blackrock followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.
