The death has occurred of
Fr. Oliver Barry
Fr. Oliver Barry, St Patrick’s Missionary Society, Kiltegan, and formerly of Midleton, Co Cork, died unexpectedly in Nairobi General Hospital, Kenya, on Thursday July 31st, 2025.
Beloved brother of Ann Barry, and the late John, much loved brother-in-law of Ged and Carmel, and uncle of Hugh Barry.
Predeceased by his parents, Michael and Margaret.
Fr. Oliver will be sadly missed by his St. Patrick’s family, the Bishop, priests, religious and laity of Eldoret Diocese, Kenya, and his wide circle of family and friends.
May Fr. Oliver’s gentle soul rest in peace.
Fr. Oliver’s Funeral Mass will take place at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Kiamunyi, Nakuru, Kenya on Thursday, 7th August at 9am which can be viewed via the following link: https://www.youtube.com/live/40aMc3R3pqk?si=LzriCSgRok4oyh7q
His burial will take place at Formation House Kenya.
