Fr. Tony (Anthony) McDonald O.Carm.
McDonald, O.Carm., (Carmelite Priory, Aungier Street and Gort Muire, Ballinteer), June 24th 2025, at Gort Muire, after an illness borne with great courage, Fr Tony (Anthony), son of the late William and Moirín McDonald, Terenure; predeceased by his sister Jean and sister-in-law Lottie. Deeply regretted by his sisters Brenda (Tomlinson) and Maeve, brother Paul, sister-in-law Marjorie, brother-in-law Geoff, niece Maeve, nephews Fergus, Tom, Andrew and Michael, relatives, Carmelite confreres, Care staff and friends.
Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Gort Muire on Friday, June 27th from 4 p.m. with Night Prayer at 8 p.m. Reception into Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Whitefriar Street, at 11.30 a.m. on Saturday, June 28th, for Funeral Mass.
