Fr. Joe Keaney SJ
formerly of Glenard Road, Salthill, Galway.
who died on Tuesday, 20th July, 2021 in Lusaka, Zambia.
Joe joined the Jesuits in 1966 and he spent most of his priestly life in Zambia.
He had been quite ill for some time before his death and following a funeral in Zambia he was laid to rest on Saturday, 24th July, 2021.
Mourned and loved by his brothers and sisters. Sadly missed by his family, the Jesuit Community and his friends at home and abroad.
May he rest in the peace of Christ
