Frances (Fran) McGarry, née Walker of Shankill and Bray, passed away peacefully, on Wednesday 4th July, 2018 in the loving care of her family and the staff at St. Joseph’s Shankill, beloved wife of Liam, much loved mother of Janette, Sharon and Liam, loving mother-in-law of Orlagh and William, adored grandmother of Eoghan, Laura, Andrew and Jayne; sadly missed by her sisters Geraldine and Pat, best friends Kathleen and May and by her extended family and friends.
Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Friday evening (July 6) from 5.00pm to 7.00pm, with prayers at 6.30pm. Removal from the funeral home on Saturday morning at 11.30am, to St. Anne’s Church, Shankill, arriving for Requiem Mass at 12.00noon, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to St. Joseph’s Shankill, can be made at the funeral home or church.
