Griffin née Kirrane, Clooncullane, Creggs, Co. Galway, June 15th, 2025, Frances (Kathleen), peacefully in the excellent care of the staff in Galway Hospice. Predeceased by her husband Tommie, parents Patrick and Margaret, brothers Bernard and Michael, brothers-in-law Allen, John and Paddy, sisters-in-law Margaret and Mary, uncles, aunts and her deceased cousins. Much loved mother of Maria (Fitzmaurice, Glinsk), John, Michael and Margaret (Hussey, Moher), sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Michael and Tommy, daughter-in-law Lorraine, grandchildren Aoife, Aine, Aisling, Patrick, Sean, Nadine, Carla, Ben and Katie, great grandson Jake, sister Mary, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, godchildren Lisa and Andrew, neighbours and friends, R.I.P. Reposing at Moran’s Funeral Home, Ballygar (F42 K443) on Monday evening from 5.30 o’clock until 8 o’clock with removal afterwards to St. Mary’s Church, Kilbegnet. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 12 o’clock with burial afterwards in Glenamaddy New Cemetery. House private please. Family flowers only by request. Donations if desired to Galway Hospice.
