Frances Mulligan

The death has occurred of Frances Mulligan (nee Bailey). Late of Clonard Court, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. Formerly of Ticknock, Sandyford, Co. Dublin and Parnell Street, Wexford. Peacefully in the wonderful loving care of the staff of Highfield Healthcare, Whitehall, Dublin, in her 97th year.

Beloved wife of the late Brian. Daughter of the late Patrick and Catherine Bailey. Predeceased by her brother Pat, her sisters Pauline, Betty and Lally, and her nieces Ann and Mary. Sadly missed by her sisters, Kathleen (Rossiter), Wexford and Rose (Donegan), Irvington, N.Y., her brother-in-law Tony, her nieces and nephews, Brid, Charles, Martin, Brendan, David, Paula, Declan, Angus, John, Terence and Sinead, grandnieces, grandnephews, family and friends.

Reposing in Highfield Healthcare Swords Co Dublin Wednesday 22nd April 2026 from 3pm to 5pm. Funeral Mass Thursday 23rd April in St Patrick’s Church, Glencullen at 11.30am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
