Frances O'Connor
(née Murphy)
O’CONNOR (Albert Road, Cork): On 17th June 2025, peacefully, aged 94 years, in the presence of her loving family at Farranlea, Community Nursing Unit, FRANCES (née Murphy), dearly beloved wife of the late Alec, much loved mother of John, Helen (Crowley), Michael, George, Ann (O’ Sullivan), Howard, Finbarr and the late Ken and Larry, dear mother-in-law of the late Doris O’Connor and Joe Crowley.
Sadly missed by her loving family, son-in-law Paudie, daughters-in-law Eleanor, Maggie and Deirdre, her adored 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Netta, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at the Temple Hill Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Wednesday (June 18th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Thursday (June 19th) in St. Finbarr’s South, Church which will be live streamed
Funeral afterwards to St. Michael’s Cemetery, Blackrock.
