SWIFT, Frances (Rathgar Dublin) August 23rd 2020 (peacefully) at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital. Beloved wife of Jim Lockhart and loving mother of Ciara, Ian and Jess. Sadly missed by her family, her sister Joan, brothers Brian and Donal, sisters-in-law Jennifer and Diane, her nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.
