Frances Thompson
(née Doocey)
Frances Thompson Woodbrook, Mountrath September 2nd 2024. It is with much love and gratitude that Frances’ family lay her to rest. She died peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at Mullingar Hospital, in her 73rd year, surrounded by her loving family. Dearly loved mother to Brian and Marie, adored Nana to Muireann, Colm, Dearbhla, Izzy and Reidin. Fondly remembered by her daughter-in-law Margaret and Marie’s partner, Brian, brother Jack, sister-in-law Dee, nieces, nephew, relatives and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at her family home on Tuesday from 6pm followed by Rosary at 8pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to St. Fintan’s Church, Mountrath for 10am requiem mass. Interment will take place afterwards in St. Fintan’s Cemetery, Mountrath. House private on Wednesday morning. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to a charity of your choice.
