Francis (Fla) HARRINGTON

HARRINGTON  Francis (Fla), MVB MRCVS, Ferbane, Co. Offaly, Lahinch, Co. Clare and formerly of Birr. February 13th 2021, peacefully at home after a long illness borne with great dignity and fortitude. Beloved husband of Betty (née Smyth) and adored father of Paul, Donald, Susan, Frainc, Valerie, Deirdre and Barbara, loving brother of Colette (Lydon), Urla (Waters), Sr. Patricia (recently deceased) and the late Don, and wonderful grandfather to Caraíosa, Lara, Peter, Lily, Rachel, Mary, Alannah, Rebecca, Lucy, Diana, Helen, Sylvia,Betty jnr and his honorary grandson Jack .He will be sadly missed by his family, sons-in-law Douglas, Daragh, Hagen and Pa, daughters-in-law Síofra and Linda, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, cousins, colleagues and many friends.

In the interest of Public Health, Francis' funeral will be private. His family thank you for your support and understanding at this difficult time.

A private family Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday (Feb.16th) in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ferbane at 10am (Max 10 people), which may be viewed on www.ferbaneparishwebcam.ddns.net Interment afterwards in Clonoghill Cemetery, Birr.

Friends and neighbours are welcome to stand along the route to the church and cemetery.
