Francis FRAN Crook

CROOK, Francis, known lovingly to one and all as FRAN, Richmond Road, Fairview, Dublin 3 (formerly of Canon Lillis Avenue, Dublin 1), passed away peacefully at the Mater Hospital, Dublin on the 11th November, 2025, surrounded by his devoted family. Pre-deceased by his dearest parents Margaret and Noel, treasured godmother Lily and his two buddies Mick and Tony.

 

FRAN will be deeply missed by his wife and best friend Margaret, sons David and Daniel, daughter Aimee, adored grandchildren Calum, Tori, Rhia, Alexis and Halle, sisters Ann, Esther and Noeleen, brothers John and Brian, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, many many lifelong friends and close neighbours.

Fran will repose at Jennings Funeral Directors

Amiens Street, Dublin 1

Friday 14th November from 3pm to 5pm.

Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday 15th November 2025 at 10am

St. Laurence O’Toole Church, Seville Place, North Wall, Dublin 1

Followed by a Cremation Service to celebrate Fran’s Life

at Glasnevin Crematorium, Dublin 11.
