The death has occurred of
Francis (Frank) Askin
Askin (Dalkey, Co. Dublin) December 16th 2023. Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff of both St. Vincent’s Hospital and Beechfield Manor Nursing Home, Shankill. Francis (Frank), beloved husband of the late Josie, loving father of Edward, Mary, John, Pauline and Paul. Sadly missed by his children, daughters-in-law Dorothy, Jennie and Elizabeth, son-in-law Eamon, 9 adored grandchildren, 4 great-granddaughters, his sisters Geraldine, Jeanette and Carmel, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing Thursday, December 21st, in Quinn’s of Glasthule from 3pm with removal to the Church of the Assumption, Dalkey, arriving for 5pm. Funeral Mass Friday, December 22nd, at 10am which can be viewed online at www.churchservice.tv/dalkey followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.
