KIERANS, Francis (Frank), late of Hermitage, Rathfarnham, and formerly of Ballyroan and Texaco Ireland, passed away peacefully at home, after a short illness, on the 19th of May 2024. Beloved husband and best friend of Mary and loving father of Siobhán, Paul, Niamh, Marc, and Ian. Predeceased by his sister Mary; he will be sadly missed by his loving wife, children, son-in-law David (Vickery), daughters-in-law Síle (Fitzgerald), Sheila (Ryan) and Olga (Vasileva), his cherished grandchildren Anna, Kate and Myles (Dunnion), Frank and Hannah (Kierans), James, Emily, Ruairí and Florence (Vickery), Seamus, Roan and Liam (Kierans), Ava, Ellen and Luka (Kierans) and Kaine (Wright), his brothers Michael and Brian, brothers-in-law Martin (Murray), Tom (O’Toole) and Denis (Logan), sisters-in-law Pauline (Kierans), Rosaleen (O’Toole), Frances (Logan) and Phil (Murray), nephews, nieces and all extended family, neighbours and friends.

Frank will be reposing at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, D16 VO46, on Wednesday (May 22nd) from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Removal on Thursday morning to the Church of the Divine Word, Marley Grange, Rathfarnham, D16 H7V2, arriving for 10am Mass, followed by a cremation service at 12.15pm in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross, D6w HY98.
