Francis (Frankie) Downes

Downes Francis (Frankie), 20th January 2023. (Drimnagh and formerly of Windmill Road, Crumlin and Eircom) peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff of Suncroft Nursing Home, Co. Kildare; beloved husband of Alice, much loved dad of Pamela, Janet and Linda and predeceased by his loving brothers Martin and Thomas. Frankie will be forever loved and sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, grandchildren Evan, Adam, Lily and Matthew, great granddaughter Elle, sons-in-law Barry and Jerry, daughter-in-law Róisín, sisters-in-law Rita, Margaret and Trisha, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his home on Sunday from 4pm to 6pm only. Funeral Mass on Monday at 10am in Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel, Mourne Road and afterwards for a Cremation Service in Newlands Cross Crematorium.
