Peacefully, in Reading, England, surrounded by his family members.
Francis is late of Academy Street, Navan and is Predeceased by his parents Frank and Kitty, his baby brother Desmond. and his sister Patricia {Patsy), England.
He will be very sadly missed by his loving son Christian, daughter Sharon, grandchildren, his sister Maura, brother Charlie, brother-in-law Bill, sister-in-law Annette, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
